WHO I AM

I grew up in Lake Waccamaw, N.C. and left when I was 18 to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). I graduated from UNCC in 2009, and after a brief time of coaching and teaching in Gaston County, felt a call into full-time ministry. Following that call, I began a career with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) in 2011. In 2013 I was licensed and ordained as a minister. I now live in the Charlotte, NC area and am proud to be a born again son of Jesus, a husband to Rachel, and a daddy to Reagan and Ryleigh.

WHAT I DO

I currently serve as an Area Director for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) in the Charlotte, N.C. area. After meeting Jesus in 2009, I felt a call to full time ministry. Since then I’ve used opportunities to share the gospel with unbelievers and encourage those who already believe to continue living in the gospel.

I like to use stories from my past and present life to illustrate the gospel in an authentic way that people from all walks of life can understand.  I currently speak at many different kinds of events, including youth events, men’s retreats, revivals, team retreats, and Sunday services.

Every time I speak, I make it a  point to make sure those in attendance are informed, impacted, and moved to action. I do this by keeping my messages simple, relevant, and applicable.

In a world where there is a lot of fluff and religious lingo, I make sure I bring light to real issues that people struggle with. I strive to be a passionate communicator, one whose main goal is to encounter all I can with the healing power of the gospel.

I look forward to speaking at your next event!
